Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

At Sauqiya, we use DHL Express in shipping our parcels. It will take around 3-4 days for the parcel to be delivered, depending on item availability and the order load we are handling.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Sauqiya aim to deliver your order within 3-4 working days and most of the orders are shipped within 48 hours. Depending on a certain occasion, there may be a slight delay if items are on re-order due to being out of stock or are requested at peak season such as Ramadan or Eid. However, if your parcel has not arrived even after 10 days, please contact us for a delivery update.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. It takes around 7-10 for international parcel to be delivered. However, as we are reliant totally upon the postal system, please remember that once your parcel has entered your country’s postal system, any ‘holds’ put on by Customs are beyond our control.

If you have not received your parcel within 15 working days, please contact us and we will do our best to liaise with the postal system to locate your parcel. All items are insured, however, please remember that we cannot make any claims until one month following the postage of the order.

Can I pay with Cash On Delivery (COD)?
Yes, you can but this service only available within Singapore. Unfortunately for international buyers, we do not provide Cash on Delivery service. 
What should I do if I did not receive any payment confirmation?
In this case, please do inform us through email or contact us regarding this matter with order number, payment date, payment amount, and screenshot of transaction . Our staffs will get back to you as soon as possible. You are also advised to check with your respective bank to ensure the transaction is successful.

How do I place an Order?

Sauqiya offers the trendiest and latest fashion for Muslimah. Follow our steps to kick-start your shopping:

  2. Click on a product to view information regarding the product
  3. Select the item you are interested in and put it in Add to Cart for multiple selections.
  4. After you finish, Check Out your selections.
  5. Ensure that you have key-in the correct delivery address and your orders will be shipped in right away.
Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need to be a registered member to complete the order and payment. This is because we need your details and information to make sure the product received to the buyer safely.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You cannot cancel or change your order once you have made a payment for your order. It is not allowed to change any information such as shipping details, billing information or delivery method as the seller may have started the shipment process. Kindly contact us at +65 8749 3301 if you have any inquiry.
How Do I Track My Order?

Please email us your name, email address and order number to track the status of your order. If you do not know your order number, kindly check the order confirmation email that Sauqiya has previously sent to your email address. For any other order related enquiries, please consult with us at +65 8749 3301.

How Can I Return a Product?

Sauqiya provides only a high quality product for customer. Thus, if there is a problem with any purchase, please simply return it within 14 days. For a full refund or exchange, the purchase must be unused and still in its original packaging along with a copy of the sales receipt.

Please take note, the return postage and packing costs will not be refundable unless the items were received by you in a damaged or spoilt condition.
